The American Service Academy Program allows cadets and midshpimen the opportunity to take part in an intensive, three-week program in American and Poland dedicated to the study of the Holocaust and the events leading up to it. The programs focuses on understanding the ongoing relevance of the Holocaust and inspiring future military leaders to share their insights. The Auschwitz Jewish Center Fellows Program is an intensive three and a half week summer program that offers a unique opportunity for select recent college graduates and graduate students to learn first-hand about the rich, vibrant life of Jews in pre-war Poland. This powerful program includes an orientation in New York City and three weeks of travel and advanced study in Poland. Six postgraduate students will be selected based on demonstrated superior academic abilities as well as individual initiative and leadership skills. Applications from students with interest in Holocaust Studies, Jewish Studies, Polish-Jewish history, genocide prevention, human rights, or social improvement are strongly encouraged.
